There are 2 standard sizes that can be adjusted for every person, see the tutorial: 120cm (lenght) x 4cm (width) and 115cm x 3cm. / Esistono due misure standard che possono essere adattate ad ogni persona, guarda il tutorial: 120cm (lunghezza) x 4cm (altezza) e 115cm x 3cm.

4) Is Skinalp using sealskins in its products? / Skinalp utilizza pelli di foca nei suoi prodotti?

No, Skinalp is using synthetic skitouring skins. Every skitouring skins is composed by nylon and/or mohair. / No, Skinalp utilizza pelli da scialpinismo sintetiche. Ogni pelle da scialpinismo è composta da nylon e/o lana mohair.

5) Is Skinalp using "used" skitouring skins? / Skinalp utilizza pelli da scialpinismo usate?

No, Skinalp is using production waste materials which are new at 100% / No, Skinalp utilizza gli scarti di produzione che sono nuovi al 100%

6) Where Skinalp is developing/producing its accessories? / Dove Skinalp sviluppa/produce i suoi accessori?

Skinalp is 100% handmade in Aosta Valley, a small region in the North-West of Italy / Skinalp è 100% fatto a mano in Valle d'Aosta, una piccola regione a Nord-Ovest dell'Italia.

7) Is there a chance to have a colours not in offered in your shop online? / E' possibile avere un colore non presente nel vostro shop online?

Every customisation is possible, but it is also more complicated in terms of production and cost. / Non esitate a contattarci e cercheremo di trovare una soluzione. Ogni personalizzazione è possibile, ma è anche più complicata da gestire in termini di produzione e costi.

8) My favourite belt is "out of stock", how much time do I need to wait? / La mia cintura preferita è "out of stock", quanto tempo devo aspettare?

9) The skitouring skin of my belt is loosing his hair. Is it a quality issue? / La pelle da sci alpinismo della mia cintura perde il pelo. E' un problema di qualità?

Skinalp is using production' waste materials and rarely the skin may lose hair at the first use. Please contact us if the loosing process will not stop, we will find a solution. / Skinalp utilizza scarti produzione e può raramente accadere che qualche volta la pelle perda del pelo in una prima fase iniziale. Se il problema dovesse sussistere, non esitare a contattarci e troveremo una soluzione.

10) The skitouring skin of my belt has some bubbles. Is it a quality issue? / La pelle da sci alpinismo della mia cintura ha alcune bolle. E' un problema di qualità?

Skinalp is using production' waste materials and sometimes the skin has been produced with too much or not enough glue. This is part of the handcrafted and eco-friendly side of Skinalp project.
